SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once your payment has been cleared and your order accepted, we will send a confirmation email and start making your beautiful candles.
We do all products on the day that are placed unless it's past our bedtime. However, if you need your order for next-day delivery please email us first.
We usually need 3 to 5 days to get your order completely ready and will then ship it to you. This will be shipped with Royal Mail or Hermes.

Please Note: If you need your candles urgently please get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Items will not be dispatched on Sundays and UK bank holidays.
We currently deliver to the following EU Countries:
France, Germany, Ireland, Poland, Portugal and Spain.
If your country is not stated in the list above, don't despair, we are looking to expand our little business. Send us a message and we will do our best to ship it to you.

For European deliveries, please note that products may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Sadly, MAKE SENSE has no control over these charges.
Return and Exchange Policy
We hope that you'll be happy with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are here to help. Contact us on email@example.com for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.
You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost of all returned items.
If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for more details.
We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery.
We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
